Fill out Application to Purchase a Handgun (STS-033) (PRINT TWO COPIES & SIGN)
If you have not purchase a handgun in two years you must come and pick up a Criminal History Record Information Form between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday only

Cost: $2.00 a permit

Applications are accepted Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M during regular business hours. Applications will not be accepted by officers.
